Agreement covering use of this website and participation in Deployment Digital training sessions.
Acceptance
By browsing deployment.digital or enrolling in a training session with Deployment Digital, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or reserve a seat.
Who we are
Deployment Digital provides technical analysis training focused on Fibonacci retracement and extension practice. Contact details appear in the site footer and on the contact page.
Training services
Descriptions of workshops, coaching sessions, Lab evenings, and mentorship packages are informational. A binding enrolment arises only when we confirm your seat or start date in writing (email is sufficient) and any required deposit is received under the arrangement stated in that confirmation.
No investment advice
Training content is educational. It is not personalised investment advice, a solicitation to trade, or a promise of trading results. You remain responsible for your own market decisions and risk.
Intellectual property
Worksheets, packets, checklists, and site copy belong to Deployment Digital or its licensors. You may keep materials provided for your personal study after a paid session. You may not reproduce, sell, or teach from those materials as your own course without prior written consent.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site (including attempting to disrupt forms or scrape content at a scale that impairs the service), misrepresent your identity when reserving seats, or share live session video if remote segments are ever offered under a separate agreement.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China), Deployment Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or from trading decisions you make after training. Our aggregate liability relating to a paid session is limited to the fees you paid for that session, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts in Taiwan have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or from training enrolments, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for subsequent browsing and new enrolments.
