Refunds and cancellations

Scope

This policy applies to fees for Deployment Digital training: Fibonacci Retracement Intensive seats, Extension Mapping Sessions, Supervised Chart Review packages, and Practice Lab evenings. It does not cover third-party software subscriptions or brokerage costs, which we do not sell.

Eligibility overview

Refunds depend on how far in advance you cancel, whether a cohort or roster was confirmed, and whether the session or mentorship work has already begun. Informational prices on the website are not charges until we confirm enrolment and you pay under that confirmation.

Intensive seats

• Full refund of amounts paid if you cancel in writing at least fourteen days before the confirmed Intensive date
• Fifty percent refund if you cancel between thirteen and seven days before the date
• No refund within six days of the session, except when we cancel the cohort
• If a cohort does not reach the minimum of four seats, we offer transfer to a later date or a full refund of amounts paid

Practice Lab evenings

• Full refund if you cancel at least seventy-two hours before the Lab start time
• No refund for later cancellations or no-shows; you may request a courtesy transfer to a later Lab once per calendar year if seats exist

Extension Mapping Sessions

• Full refund if you cancel at least forty-eight hours before the appointment
• If you cancel later, the fee is forfeited unless we can fill the slot; then we may offer a partial refund at our discretion
• If you join the session and we have already reviewed your pre-submitted charts, the session is considered started and is non-refundable

Supervised Chart Review

• Full refund if you cancel before the first review call and before we have annotated your first chart submission
• After the first call or first annotation, refunds are prorated for unused weeks minus a twenty percent administrative portion, provided you cancel in writing
• Missed calls without twenty-four hours’ notice are treated as delivered for that week

Deposits

Deposits hold Intensive seats or mentorship start dates. They follow the same percentage rules above. Deposits are not separate product sales; they are part of the session fee.

Non-refundable items

Printed packets already produced for a named seat after the cancellation cut-off, and completed private mapping summaries already emailed, are non-refundable. Complimentary Lab access bundled inside an active Chart Review is not redeemable for cash.

Rescheduling

You may request one reschedule of an Intensive seat or Mapping Session without penalty if you write to us before the applicable cancellation cut-off and a later slot exists. Further reschedules may be treated as cancellations under the rules above.

No-shows

Failure to attend without notice is not refundable. Partial attendance of an Intensive after the midpoint is treated as delivered.

Work already started

Once live instruction or chart annotation for your booking has begun, refunds are limited to unused future portions where this policy expressly allows proration.

Refund process and timing

Email hello@deployment.digital with your name, session type, confirmed date, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days. Approved refunds return via the original payment method within fourteen business days of approval where the payment provider allows; otherwise we arrange an equivalent transfer.
