Data we collect

• Identity and contact details you provide (name, email, phone if supplied)
• Training preferences, experience notes, and message content from forms
• Charts or screenshots you voluntarily send for session preparation
• Technical logs such as browser type and approximate access times when essential for operating the site
• Cookie consent preference stored locally in your browser (see the cookies page)

We do not ask for national ID numbers, bank passwords, or full payment card data through the website form.

Purposes

We use data to respond to inquiries, schedule sessions, deliver training materials, improve session quality, meet accounting and legal duties, and — where you accept analytics cookies — understand which pages help visitors.

Legal bases

Depending on the context, we rely on steps needed to answer a request or perform a training contract, legitimate interests in operating a small training studio, consent where required for non-essential cookies, and legal obligations for record-keeping.

Retention

Inquiry emails and form contents are typically kept up to twenty-four months after the last meaningful correspondence unless a longer period is required for an active enrolment dispute or accounting law. Enrolment and invoice records are retained as required under Taiwanese bookkeeping rules. Charts you send for a single session are deleted or anonymised within ninety days after that session unless you join an ongoing mentorship that still needs them.

Your rights

Subject to applicable Taiwanese personal data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you may object to certain processing. To exercise rights, email hello@deployment.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent Taiwanese authority.

International transfers

If a video session provider or email host stores data outside Taiwan, we take reasonable contractual and organisational steps appropriate to the destination. By requesting video mapping or mentorship, you acknowledge that such transfers may be necessary to deliver the session.

Sharing

We share data with service providers who host email, video calls, or accounting tools under instructions from us, and with authorities when law requires. We do not sell personal data.

Security

We use access controls and careful handling of chart attachments. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive material.
